Anna is a seasoned investor backing women and gender-diverse teams across the US, Europe and Latin America.

In 2016 Anna co-founded XFactor Ventures with Flybridge Capital— now one of the most active seed-stage funds backing women with over 100 investments in the portfolio. Through XFactor, she has personally led investments in Chief, Zubale, MixLab, Venus Aerospace and more. Alongside XFactor, Anna is a Partner at Flybridge Capital and serves on the Board of Directors for Intramotev (autonomous EV trains), Returnalyze (returns software), and MelodyArc (next-gen CX platform).

Alongside her investing roles, Anna is a founder and Managing Partner of the National Women's Soccer League team in Boston, which will begin play in 2026.

A perpetual entrepreneur, she previously was co-founder and CEO of Dough Collective, a marketplace to shop, discover and support women and diverse makers (acq. by IMC in 2021), and co-founder and CEO of Fashion Project, the industry leader in online designer clothing donation (acq. By U5 in 2016). At Fashion Project she led the organization to distribute funds to over 2000 organizations in 36 countries and power national give-back programs for companies like Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor, Simon Malls and more.

Anna and her work have been featured in the books Counter Mentor Leadership and Launching While Female, and in publications such as Bloomberg, InStyle Magazine, Vanity Fair, Forbes, The Financial Times, The Boston Globe, and others. A frequent speaker and commentator, Anna has been a guest on CNBC SquawkBox, Cheddar Network, NESN, and numerous podcasts.

Anna serves on the board of the New England Venture Capital Association and is a member of the distinguished Kauffman Fellows program. She holds a B.A. from Eureka College, where she is a Trustee, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
